Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. If there are any issues with the package (such as wrong item, damaged product, or missing pieces), you must report them to us within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene and quality standards, certain items such as earrings, personal jewelry, and worn footwear cannot be returned or refunded. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible.

3. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved within the 24-hour timeframe, customers may choose between:
– A full refund to the original payment method, or
– A store credit to use on future purchases.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

4. Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if the issue is reported within 24 hours and the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
